This is Lake Mendota, as seen from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Union Terrace. I'm here for the weekend with my friend Laura. This is our 5th annual trip to Madison for the
Art Fair on the Square. We'll spend all day tomorrow circling the State Capitol, looking for fun things to bring back home with us. Since it was 80 degrees and sunny this afternoon, we thought we ought to check out the Terrace, and have a beer and a hot dog. What a perfect night for it!
While walking back to the car, I couldn't resist this shot inside a State Street Barber Shop. I love how it turned out!
