Thanksgiving 2010

Our 26-pound fresh turkey cooked in just three hours!
We sampled a Belgian Beer called Delirium Tremens. Chunks included! Not my favorite.

Winter Settles In

The cold air has arrived, and the snow decided to stick around this time. I think winter is here for good. So, it's time for a little attitude change on my part, or this will be a really long season!
