So, back on July 21st, our family started another construction project. (You can find that post here.)Paul and I do enjoy a good construction project, and this one, has been great. I feel like things are moving at a rapid pace, and the quality has been beyond my expectations. This morning, I even found one of the guys sanding down the newly finished paint job. He said there were a few flaws in the finish and he wanted it to be right so he was going to re-do a few spots. Seriously, these walls looked so much better than every other wall in my house, and he's "fixing" them.
So, the cabinets will all be in place by tomorrow and the countertop guys will come and template (on Saturday!). The tile guy starts the floor on Monday, so it's possible I'll be able to have appliances moved in here by the 17th! (Two weeks earlier than I'd anticipated.)
So yes, we are already planning our next project. We're going to have them do the third floor bathroom next.
