Good Morning

Calvin joined me at the dock this morning for my daily "loon watch" but the loon wasn't out today. Not sure why. It was, by far, the best morning of the week!

This poem was found in my 96 year old Grandfather's wallet after he passed in 2008. It was written in 1965 by Walter D. Wintle.

"The Man Who Thinks He Can"

If you think you are beaten, you are,

If you think that you dare not, you don't,
